Reset Network status

Hi,

I am trying to delete dummy project from system, but it is showing error of "Network Relesed, so cant delete". Plz tell me how to reset status of network.

and how to find object linked with Project i.e. PO.

Second question at the time of deletion showing error that Budget is not zero, so cant delete but when is checked at cj30 there is no amount displayed, plz tell how to check any posting

You cannot reset the status of the Network from Released to Created. Secondly, if there are any posting done on the network you wont be able to delete it unless you reverse those postings.

Run the report CJI5 to get a list of the commitments on a project i.e. PR and PO. You can get these individually by running the tcode ME5J for PR and ME2J for PO.

Run the report S_ALr_87013558 to check the budget values for a project.

Finally, since you have mentioned that it is a dummy project, why dont you just lock it so that no further postings can be done on this project?
