Solution Manager Incident Management and Var (PCoE) settings

Hi experts,

I’m new in SAP Solution Manager and now, I have to send a test (var PCoE) message to SAP by Incident Managements (solman_workcenter).  This is a newly implemented system so the configuration is not complete, I think. 

I the rfc connection to sap is ok and system landscape contains the self system.

I can not send the message because the system and the client fields are empty in the new message form. I don’t know where can I configure the system to fill these two fields automatically. I hope the system can fill the self data to these two fields to send a test message to sap. I can not add any satellite systems to system landscape now.

(I use Solution Manager 7.1)

Speaking about system and clients field you should check "2.4.2 Create Business Partners for Key Users (optional)" in that document.

apart for incident mgmt for adding systems you need to configure LMDB in solman 7.1
