Hello!

We would like to set up Incident Management for SAP and non-SAP components within Solution Manager 7.1 SPS4.

Questions

1) How to assign users/Business Partners to non-SAP IBase components?

2) How to extend component list for the creation of messages for non-SAP components?

I am nt able to read the full article, since nt subscribed the portal. can you please draft this into scn blog too.

Hi

I can't publish that anywhere else.

but we dont need to go for service desk XT now from solman 7.1 onwards

if we  have enterprise support customer we are free to support IT related incident in support desk lik printer problem etc.
