You are not authorized to access any environments

Hi Experts,

I have installed BPC 10 (Microsoft Version) and when I go to http://localhost/sap/bpc/web, I get a message saying "You are not authorized to access any environments" even though I logged on to the application server using the id I used to install BPC. I would like to go to this website to install admin client so that I can add users. Could someone please help me?

Thanks.

Dear Srinivas,

Please have a look at the Note 1639448. Hopefully it helps you.

Thanks Noura. The note talks about removing the unnecessary binding information, I am not sure how to do this. Do you or does anyone know how to do this?

Hi Srinivas,

Please check with the help of your IT guys in your IIS Manager, in your BPC web site if you have assigned more than two ports.

Thanks Naura for pointing me to the right note which talks about this. Since my server is a VM machine, I have been taking snapshots of it during the install. So I ended up going back to the previous snapshot and reinstalling BPC just to make sure and that fixed it.
