Emails out of SAP

Hi SAP Gurus,

We are haveing some problems with our emails (PDF) from SAP. Everything is OK in SAP, "Green Light" in SOST...But we have a lot of undelivered mails..

The error we get in the return mail is: Unsupported message type - delivery-status, message attachment discarded.

Have anyone experienced similar problems.

The emails only contains the PDF document - no further text is delviered in the mail  - only in the subject line.

Green light in SOST means all are fine in SAP. You may need to check with the email address to which you have transmitted the output,to see whether any firewall settings is preventing it or not. I also recommend you to check with the network team on this issue.
