Hi guys,

In check instruction i have defined first step as availability check and second as product allocation. Now when the availability check happens, the check should exclude the expired stock. May i know what needs to be done for this in APO.

Hi Shruthi,

Your requirements sounds like product allocation check considering the shelf life. It requires stocks to be managed in batches. SAP defined shelf-life characteristics needs to be used in ECC and propagated to APO. Please check the following SAP note and other links for details on required configuration.

First, you have to tell us how you intend to identify 'expired stock'.
