Rami,

noworries. The communication doesn't involve Microsoft authentication so feel free to leave it as it is

Follow my previous checks and we'll configure it!

it seems still a communication issue.

Can you confirm me please that now from sap operating command prompt the telnet 10.0.0.216 3299 and telnet 10.0.0.216 3399 answer you without errors?

As Lata Borannavar mentioned previously, can you check if saprouter executable is up&running on your saprouter?

Did you configure your saprouttab file?

Hi Rami,

for what i know saprouter doesn't need license.

Is it working now the communication between snote sapserver and saprouter?

In saprouter server if you open a command prompt and launch " ping 194.39.131.34 " , what do you see?

let me know

Hi,

It is same for all the SAP System, you need to configure SAPOSS RFC for this.

it is the post installation step, most propably its done already, goto sm59 check do you have SAPOSS rfc. if not goto tcode oss1 and maintain it.

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwes70/helpdata/en/a0/39389c1b794e6685d0550a8acd4161/content.htm

follow the step by step instructions here on blog

http://scn.sap.com/community/netweaver-administrator/blog/2012/04/27/oss1-rfc-connections-saposs-sap...

Thanks,

Jansi

Obviously there is a communication problem.

Can you login to solman operating system and launch from command prompt this:

ping 10.0.0.216

does it work?

then

telnet 10.0.0.216 3299

does it work?

Hi Rami,

try to check if in the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\services or /etc/services (if it's ux) there is a line like "sapdp99  3299/tcp" and another like "sapgw99  3399/tcp

let me know

rami,

that's not good

I have the feeling that there is a firewall role between solman and saprouter that doesn't allow this communication. Can you ask to you network support to check if the ports 3299 and 3399 are open?

let me know if u need more support and i will give you my gmail

good luck

hi,

please check the SAProuter status.. If it is down, please restart the same and try connection test for SAPOSS.
