Hi Ravi,

At first you should read carefully the SAP documentation for your PI version about JMS adapter:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73/helpdata/en/cd/d85a9d6fab7d4dbb7ae421f710626c/frameset.htm

Right now i think there is no how-to for JMS and SAP PI 7.3, but you could use the earlier version in order to obtain an idea and in the most important things there is no much different.

- Installation guide: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/f04ce027-934d-2a10-5a8f-fa0b1ed4d...

- Scenario JMS-JMS in XI: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/XI/JMS+Webservice+JMS

Check the note that could be useful for you scenario:

    - JMS Adapter: Note 856346

    - JMS Adapter und TIBCO EMS: Note 1099720

    - JMS-Adapter und BEA Weblogic JMS: Note 1090516

    - JMS-Adapter und JBoss AS: Note 1086306

    - JMS-Adapter und IBM Websphere MQ: Note 1086303

    - PI 7.1 How to Deploy External Drivers JDBC/JMS Adapters: Note 1138877

Michal Krawczyk's blog about new fucionalities in SAP PI 7.3 adpapters, http://scn.sap.com/community/pi-and-soa-middleware/blog/2010/10/18/pixi-pi-73-new-functionalities-fo...

For JMS you have coulbe be useful for you that in this version:

- The JMS Adapter now supports both JMS publish/subscribe and point-to-point communication.

- Async/Sync and Sync/Async Communication is now provided in combination with the JMS adapter – Adapter modules are provided for this purpose.

william.li's blog: JMS Topics Adapter Configuration for Publish/Subscribe in PI 7.30: http://scn.sap.com/people/william.li/blog/2012/01/03/jms-topics-adapter-configuration-for-publishsub...

Regards and good luck.
