Hi All
I have configured PI MDM adapter channel but I am getting error as
"MDM Adapter listener could not start due to: Can not obtain ConnectionAccessor for MDM server '[server=10.201.50.17 serverUser=Admin repository=Rep user=mdmuser]' caused by: Connection timed out: connect"
I have configured the channel as attached.
Please helpme in resolving this error
I have checked the MDM console all the parameters are given as per MDM console.
Regards
Sandeep
Hi Sandeep,
Please check the following and confirm:
1.MDS and repository is up and runnning.
2.User Admin is not blocked and has correct password.
3.Prerequisites has been met for installation of PI adapter.
Please mention the SAP MDM SP level you are working on.
Thanks,
Ravi

Hi Sandeep,
Please check the setting in Console under Admin node and User subnode.Select that as yes:
Reset Account Lock | Whether or not to reset the number of failed password attempts for this user to 0. User accounts are locked after the number of failed password attempts specified in the Lock Account After Failed Password Attempts mds.ini parameter. Selecting Yes unlocks a locked user account. |
Else you can also test by loging to Console with thie userid and password.
Needless to say if you can login user is not locked.
Is your SAP MDM version greater than SP 07?
Thanks,
Ravi

I think this serveruser is given at the time of server installation........
http://scn.sap.com/thread/1504214
and for above error, did you check version of pi adapter and mdm jar files??
Hi Sandeep,
I have moved this thread to the MDM forum. I think this issue is more related to MDM than PI. Hopefully you will get a better response to this on the MDM forum.
