Yes,
it permits br-tools to write execution results and logs to the dbacockpit tables (SDBA*).
Just open sapdba_role.sql in a texteditor to see the corresponding GRANTs

You have to follow blew note:
SAP Note 134592 - Importing the SAPDBA role (sapdba_role.sql)
download the relevant file from these
uncar the required file and past in any drive. If your schema is SAPSR3 then you just need to run following command.
sqlplus /nolog @Path of sapdba_role_sql SR3
exp:
sqlplus /nolog @Drive Letter:\sapdba_role.sql SR3
after above step, I hope you will not face any issue regarding user.

SAPDBA role allows the execution of SAP BRTools.

Following Note contain the script to lauch to importthe role on your DB, if needed:
134592 - Importing the SAPDBA role (sapdba_role.sql)
