/SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND incorrect recipient

Dear All,

We use SRM 7.0. After creation of SC , /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND is scheduled to send email notifications for approvals.

For some approvers, SRM sends email to a fix email adress.

I've checked the SU01 for the users. They all have email adresses. I've also checked Portal user management. But very strange, SRM donot send email neither to the adress in SU01 nor to the address in portal. It sends the email to an email adress which i dont know where this mail adress is coming from ????

Where else can i check ? Where does this fix email adress is coming from ? How can i fix this ?

Thanks in advance..

Best regards,

Hi,

This is from Portal Side.  In the Portal,  User settings we have two tabs.

1.  Position

2.  User Account.

Please check the e mail ID maintained in User Account.

Hi,

This is directly from user login  and user settings,  not from IDM.

Dear Ram,

Issue resolved.. Thanks very much.

First i couldn't see the settings because of the /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE role was missing.

Now it's ok..
