There is in E drive free space is 104GB.

Is this problem due to Oracle client version, I think not.

Have anyone face this problem.

Hello,

\SOLMAN_7.1_SR1_Krnl_Windows__OS_400_\.\DATA_UNITS\K_720_U_WINDOWS_X86_64\DBINDEP\SAPMMC.SAR' failed due to missing free space.'

Is there room on the drive to truncate the path closer to

\.\DATA_UNITS\K_720_U_WINDOWS_X86_64DBINDEP\SAPMMC.SAR

using no spaces in the path and the least amount of characters possible?

You seem to have an extra character here   .\

OS_400_\.\DATA

Please remove the  .\

Helo John,

Thanks for your answer, and i confirm that it woks with your comment. I truncate the path to a minimal amount of caracters and eliminate the spaces on it.

I can't turn it to anwered, because I did'nt create the post.

Best regards.

Thank you John, someone's problem is resolved. But that problem was in different phase.

Thank you Saul too for update the status.

My issue is still unresolved.

Hello Gokul,

And is the upgrade folder also located at the E drive?

If it's at a different drive, does this other drive also have enough free space?

I was trying UPD in E drive,

But when I change that in other D drive, free space was 114 GB; error is same.

That is not a free space issue, not sure.

Have anyone face the same isuue in Oracle????.

Hi Gokul,

I just got the same error in windows and this is the first link that google returned.

Doesnt make sense in Windows. Did you find a fix for this?

I'm going to start again with the /upg directory in a non-default location. outside of usr/sap....

Thanks
