Hi
When we send an email to EIC with Doc Link ( Link of the Document) and an activity is created in EIC based on this mail, the Link is not available and its causing processing issues as EIC agents need to request for the document to be sent separately as an attachment. This causes both additional work and processing delay.
any help on this?

Just for clarity Ravi is the issue the URL is not able to be accessed with the Employee Interaction Center?
