Returns process- new requirement

Hi Experts,

Here is one new requirement with our client. Though this falls under returns process, but small change existed.

once the invoice is completed, customer returns partial quantity. Here we create Returns order with reference to receive returned goods. But the plant should be changed automatically in the returns order, (In the invoice, The plant is 1000, but in returns order this should be 2000),I wonder could this be achievable in standard or should we go with user exit?, If this has to be addressed through user exit, kindly mention the Exit.

Hi KP,

          you can give Different Shipping Conditions in the Returns Sales document type in VOV8 and perform the Shipping Point Determination Accordingly with plant 2000, based on this the plant 2000 will picked in the Return sale order in combination with Shipping Point.

this will Suffice your Requirement.
