Problem with extracting data from SNP planning area - no records in table

I am using APO 5.1.

I am using SNP and want to extract time series data from my SNP planning area via an export data source defined on the planning area.

I have an InfoPackage to extract data to the datasource, but when I run this InfoPackage I get message ' no data available. The correcsponding table in the source system does not contain any data'.

But there is data in the SNP planning area.

Can anyone advise me here?...

You say you are trying to extract time series dat afrom SNP planning area. Are the value of the time series key figures calculated using a macro ? If so you have to run the macro job to calculate the values before running the extraction.

Also take a product -location for which time series data exists and test it using RSA3 . Check if records with non zero values get extracted . If you see records with 0 values for all key figures then it means you defenitely have to run the calculation macros as mentioned before
