condiction cannot be created in distribution channel zn

in diagnosis it is reflecting this function is not allowed, because in sales org ZZNN,distribution channel ZN is not assined to a distribution channe which is used in a sales doc...

request you to provide the solution.....

Go to VOR1 for common distribution channel and check

Go to VOR2  for common divisions and check

It seems that the condition record is not created for the distribution channel which features in the sales order / document.

Check the distribution channel in your sales order. For that VTWEG (d channel) create a condition record in VK11. Then either

- Go in to the sales order and do Update "B: Re-pricing"

- Or create a new sales order

The other way would be to assign the "Representative Distribution channel as ZN, for the VTWEG that features in the sales order". Thereby no seperate condition record needs to be created for the VTWEG that features in your sales order.

With what I can interpret from your discription is, you need to go to OVAM, OVAN, OVAO besides, VOR1 and VOR2, and check if you are missing your zznn and zn there.

Hi,

Please check your customer and material is created for distribution Chanel ZN. Also Confirm the Assignment of Sale organization-Distribution Chanel and division (VOR1/VOR2). And also confirm for Distribution channel ZN refrance distribution chanel is ZN.
