can any one, please tell me purpose of new pricing document option in sales document where we can find in sales document- edit- new pricing document.

please check the new pricing procedure it like , at condition tab UPDATE field , when you can enter the wrong price or you when you create the credit memo , debit memo , with reference to billing document , on that time system will copy the price the to credit,or debit memos,. but you will give price different on that time only it is you full , when go to edit-click on new pricing procedure or at the item condition tab , click on UPDATED FIELD then click on new pricing procedure . then system allow the enter basic price for new ,
this is for the change the price for order , like credit memos , debit memos , one you will give only base amount or only excise value , on that time is very help full
once you will check the process on you system , whats happen then you will under stand
