Transaction not used

Hello..... Somebody Knows if exists in the SAP, one program or standard transaction that show "transaction not used"????

I have some transaction inside of my profiles, that not are used a long time ago, and I would like to remove these transactions of profiles.

You may also use GRC Action Usage Functionality, if you have GRC.
