Product Master Data Model

Does anyone know if there is an SAP logical or conceptual data model for Product Master Data?  If there is how does one go about getting access to it?

The closest thing I can think of is the Data Model in transaction SE80 --> Repository Information System --> Business Engineering --> Data Modeling --> Data Models.

Choose a high level model like 'APO' and click on hierarchy.Keep drilling down the hierarchy till you find Product. Choose the Entity type and you can look at attributes, entity relations. You can even see a Entity Relationship diagram by selecting 'Graphic' from the Menu.

My experience has been that the Data Models in SCM are not fully detailed, so use it for what it's worth.

Are you saying something like ER diagram? I don't think SAP made it available externally.
