Failed to retrieve list of agents

HI, I installed and updated to SOLMAN 7.1 SP04, installed the latest patches for java stack.

When you get the error diagnostic agents 2012.04.27 12:14:49, Failed to retrieve list of agents (detail: java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError)

As a result, the agent will connect but not displayed in SDM view and don't see the Registration of the GUID. How can I fix this error?

Can you tell if the agent is running and start it if necessary with "startsap SMDA97"?

If you can get it running and have it get to a steady running state, have you tried running the smdsetup script manually from - http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SMSETUP/Diagnostics+Agents ?
