Error when creating service message in solution manager

Hi Experts,

When i try to create a service message in solution manager i am getting the following error message.

Message 8000000328 created in SME with following error: Basis message has not been created.

However message is getting created but without any system information and without component and when i try to send the message to SAP manually and save it is coming with error that transaction type SIVA is not defined.

Checked the SIVA transaction type and Action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED which is assigned to SIVA and also Action Definitions which are assigned to SIVA. They seems to be working fine.

Kindly let me know how to proceed further.

Hi

It seems basis part for your meesage is not getting created which is attached to crm part...and you can view the crm part only.

if you click document flow button you can check the previous doc..which is basis document.

have u done all the settings for service desk as per the configuration of SMP

Hi Prakhar,

I solved the issue by myself. Conditions in Action defination related to Basis message  were missing and i have reconfigured the same and it worked.
