MRO for registers marked" do not read"

We have a configuration where we mark the registers as "do not read" at the device level. Still under certain cases we may need to create meter reading orders for such devices. Is there a way we can do this?

Are you wanting MROs manually created on an individual basis, or automatic MROs from batch?

are the devices fully installed on installations with MRUs?

the devices are fully installed and assigned to MRUs.

actually readings are handled in the MDM for such interval meters when they are remotely read.so the registers are marked as 'Do not read" so that the meters may not expect readings even during device modification/replacement scenarios.

however under a situation when the communication network fails, we need to create manual meter reading orders so that they may be downloaded in PDE.

we need to create automatic reading orders.
