Admin authorization at bucket level

Hi gurus,

I have a question related to authorizations, doe anyone if it is posible that a bucket administrator cannot edit authorizations that are in 'authorizations tab'? ( For exmple by roles..)

Hi Sara,

As standard, Person with Admin rights for a bucket will have complete authorisation and can change the authorizations also.

Please check if your requirement can be met with BaDi /RPM/AUTHORIZATION.

Hi Amit,

Thanks for your help, the problem we have is we need a user that manage several buckets cannot edit the authorizations for this bucket but he should be posible to move items between buckets... The problem is he can only move items between buckets with admin authorization. Do you think there is another solution to a user can move items and not have admin authorization ( to not to develop the other change)?

Hi Sara,

I also tried it. It is giving the error as mentioned by you. But it should not be mandatory to have Admin rights for moving the items from one bucket to another.

Please raise OSS message and check what is SAP answer for same.
