Problems with XMB Delete and Archive jobs

Hi experts,

I have two questions:

1) Our basis team scheduled archive & delete jobs (with SXMB_ADMIN) in XIP.

Now when I navigate in archive administration I see every archiving session ended in error (red light); there's no archive generated.

Is possible to see any log of that?

When I go through job overview I see that XMB_DELETE job is scheduled before XMB_ARCHIVE job, is it correct?

2) I see that in \usr\SAP\XIP\SYS folder there's a lot of old BC_BC_XMB* files of year 2010. Is possible to delete them using SXMB_ADMIN? Is possible to create a backup of these files before deleting them?

Hi, concerning 1) check the "job log" for the jobs in SM37 or from SXMB_ADMIN -> Administration -> Schedule Archiving job -> button "Job overview" -> F8 -> Job log.
