Hi
We are using EIC ERP and have set up an EIC organisational structure and assigned EIC agents as users (US) to the EIC position. The issue we have is that when the user resigns (leaves the company) and there are remaining open activities created by the user they cannot be updated. This is because we delete user accounts when the user is no longer an employee. We have had to reopen the user account inorder to update the activity.
How can we overcome this issue?

Have you tried delimiting the user versus deleting users as we have not encountered this issue yet at any of our other clients.
