Single Sign On error when accessing SolMan Workcenter

Hi Guys,

After completing installation of Solman 7.1 Im still experiencing issues with SSO; when accessing Web Content like SOLMAN_SETUP or SOLMAN_WORKCENTER transactions, it displays

Im using a user like SOLMAN_ADMIN, which is pretty standard

Profile has the parameters setup as expected

Could be this related to certificates? They seem to look ok on the SSO2 Wizard

Any ideas on how to overcome this?

Hi Martin,

Verify the value of the icm/host_name_full parameter. Notice that you need to use fully qualified hostnames (including Domain) as per SAP note 654982 - URL requirements due to Internet standards.

Also set the profile parameter login/create

login/create_sso2_ticket to the value of 1 or 2 and test again.
