ChaRM config difference between Solman 7.1 & Solman 7.0 Ehp1

Hi ,

Just want to know below details on ChaRM

1. Is there any difference in terms of ChaRM configuration in Solman 7.1 as compared to Solman 7.0 Ehp1
2. Are there any new functionalities added fore ChaRM in Solman 7.1

Hi PK,

Solman 7.1 ChaRM functionally access through CRM UI .

Transcation type changes - for Change Requet SMCR, Normal Change SMMJ, urgent Change SMHF, Admin Change SMAD. also old T.type not able to access through CRM_UI.

Please check the ChaRM configuration guide for 7.1. it give gud idea abt configuration of ChaRM 7.1

Hi

for configuration you can check the guides on SMP for both the version

there is not much difference in basic setup but yes if you are going to use new ITSM features of 7.1 ofcourse you need to do plenty of configuration.

for differences check the releases notes section on SMP under Release & Upgrade Info->Release notes
