Hi panu kumar,
At System copy guide notice you to follow these activities before start java system:
Section 6 Follow-Up Activities
Before you start the Java engine after the system copy, apply SAP Note 831812 and change the
Java VM parameters, if necessary.
Hope this help you.
Cheers.

Panu,
The issue with using the backup/restore method on Java based systems is that you will have restored the database entries that contain the hostname/ip address of the source system into your target system. To correct these you will need to use the Config Tool and amend the values, the areas you will find entries that need to be changed are:
Global Dispatcher Configuration > Managers > .....
Global Dispatcher Configuration > Services > .....
instance_IDXXXXXXX > dispatcher_IDXXXXXXXX > managers ......
instance_IDXXXXXXX > dispatcher_IDXXXXXXXX > services ...... (especially the p4 > bind host as this will have the IP of the source system)
instance_IDXXXXXXX > server_IDXXXXXXXX > managers > ......
instance_IDXXXXXXX > server_IDXXXXXXXX > services > ......
Using the configuration editor also look at:
Configuration > rfcengine_global > ....
Configuration > CTC > ....
Configuration > SLD > ....
Configuration > cluster_data > ....
Configuration > destinations > ....
Regards
Ryan
