Hi Experts,
We are creating Scheduling agreement(VA31) for a material with 100 quantities from period 26.04.12 to 25.05.12. Here we delivered 100 quantities in four steps(dt. 03.05.12 - 25 Qty, dt. 10.05.12 - 25 Qty, dt. 17.05.12 - 25 Qty and dt. 25.05.12 - 25 Qty). When we are doing delivery(VL01N), here we delivered 50 qty on dt. 03.05.12, which should not be happen according the scheduling agreement, but the system is allowing for this.
Please suggest me, how can we should stop or provide error message while user not follow the scheduling agreement which is already maintain in VA31.
Thanks in advance..
Regards,
Shatrughan
hi
check the follwoing logistics execution -- shipping -- deliveries -- define item categories for deliveries.
here you have a tab quantity where you can check overdelivery and set error message.

Hello,
In your SChedulling Agreement, Go to Line Item Details - Schedule LInes tab.
Here once you enter your Delivery Date & Quantities, there there is a Check box for Fixed Date & Qty.
Put a tick mark in this Box & then try creating Delivery. System will most probbably not allow over-delivery.
Hope this helps,
Thanks,

This can be done through standard,go to T.code (Zero) 0VLP here select your item category in that Quantity tab - Check overdelivery maintain B Situation rejected with an error message, as per this system will not allow you to alter the delivery quantity apart from the sale order or scheduling agreement.
Check and revert

Hi Shatrughan,
As per me this is not available in standard, you will have to go for some enhancements with the help of an ABAPer.
