Hi ,

From Portal Level  we have Five Types User Groups is there ,all these User Groups are created In AD

so from portal side what ever ESS role is there , that Role will be assigned to all the Five Groups

From Portal side there is no Scope to check authentification

So please let me know where can I check the Authorizations in each User level , who is not getting all the leave Types Those are belongs to one Group i.e created in AD

Guys  Please provide me the all the possible ways to come out this situation.

Regards,

Giri.

I imagine that your portal users are linked to backend userIDs

With the portal tab "customized information" you can retrieve backend userIDs

Login in backend and check the master records for userIDs that have right leaves and who dont

Does it help?

Otherwise explain better your scenario
