HCM forms and process: Process going to error

Hi,

In production, it has been noted from last month many standard save method (TS17900108) is erring out. Not all cases are in

error, some are ending up as a success while 40 % of the cases are ending up in error. On checking workflow log, it has been

determined a message 5A 359 is raised which is causing the error. The message is given below.

User & does not exist in this period

Anyone has come up with above issue, please suggest the solution. Or any pointers to find reason for this issue.

TS17900108 is the backend method. Your message is in reference to a user (user id/employee) not existing within a given period. Are you using WF_BATCH (or similar) for your backend user-id? Are you sure that when you see the failures/errors that that userid is in fact active?

If not in reference to that user, check your employee for which the process is being executed. Are they in fact active? Have they been assigned a position?
