Invalid Parameter value or combination error in Inbound proxy

When I am trying to generate proxy from inbound sync interface it gives me error  "Invalid Parameter value or combination error"

I checked and all the messsage types and service interfaces are activated OK ...what may be the reason

hope you are trying to generate the proxy in development client of ECC system.

are the data types, msg types also showing in SPROXY in ECC system.

try to generate the proxy of data types separately.

are there other interfaces whose proxy is generated? pls check.
