Replicate delta product categories

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 7/ECC 6. Our client has added some material groups in ECC over the past few months. They have not kept track of which material groups were addded. Now they want these additional material groups to be made available in SRM as prod categories.

My query is that if we replicate DNL_CUST_PROD1 using R3AS, this will replicate the already existing prod categories again. What filters can I set to only get those prod categories that do not exist till now? (We don't know which prod categories were added in ECC, just that there are a few)

Please suggest a solution

Hello,

In transaction R3AC3 you can select object DNL_CUST_PROD1 and set filters for this one.

Check FAQ note 872533.

Dear Ricardo,

I have one question ..   In this scenario,  if we replicate all Material Groups (Instead of setting of Filters)  is there any effect on already replicated Material Groups ?.  I did this in my Q System, i did not find any effec and every thing is working fine.  However I am worrying is it advisable in Production System ?

Hi,

Material and Service is using Delta. Customizing Objects

DNL_CUST_BASIS3, DNL_CUST_PROD1, PROD0, DNL_CUST_SRVMAS used Initial
Load via tx R3AS.

so you have to use filters for DNL_CUST_PROD1.
