Batch Mgmt : Selection list shoiwng completed or Quality batch numbers

HI

I have issue related to batch management in Delivery level

It is manual Batch Selection 

At the time of seldcting the batch system is showing completed batches and Qualitity inspection batches

How to avoid those batches in selection

What are the configuration I need to do

this is for stranded behavior , when you create the batch for the material , like one material have 3 batch maintain , in this batch comes at delivery level when you can make manual batch determination , it comes all three batch and quantity then you conform which batch you can use and quantity , it is for normal sales , when you can use for the MTO , scenario then at mb1b level you allocate the material for particular SO , line item , then you can do batch determination at delivery level , item comes only assign batch ,

how to avoid this because my user is selected wrong batches some times and at the time of doing PGI he is getting the error

So he asked to avoid and show me with batch and Qty

is it possible in SAP ? If yes please guide me
