SRM Monitor Shopping cart screen is very slow

Dear SRM gurus

When End user is clicking on the Monitor Shoping cart screen in the portal, it takes 20 seconds to open.

Could you please help us, if there are any ways to improve the performance of the Monitor Shopping cart screen?

for eg: any SAP notes, or any possibility to cache the screen in the portal etc.
