SAP EP 7.0: UWL/Portal inbox is not getting updated with the new tasks for approval.
And In the UWL inbox we are getting the warning message as 'Error while connecting to the provider'.and hwne e clicked on show details we can see the time out error.
We have increased the tiemout in secs from 30 sec to 120 secs in the universal worklist adminstration.
Now the timeout error got disappeared,but still the uwl inbox is not getting updated with new tasks for approval.As we can see in workflow that some new tasks are waiting for approval by manager.
Please help in this case,as what may be the problem.

The problem doesnot seems to be with delta pull mechanism.
But The problem is stil there.
UWL inbox is not getting updated with new tasks.
and I have checked the conenction test to the uwl backend sytem eveything is fine.
Can you please tell us if there is another solution for this as all the users are facing this problem.
