0101 - special one provided by SAP to demonstrate supply relationship.  Uses status profiles in Q-info records to determine inspection type to be used.

0130 - usually for inspection of subcontracted materials

0800 - usually used for initial loads of inventory for new projects. IM loads inventory, use QA08 to activate QM for materials.  Any stock in QI gets n 0800 inspection lot created.  Must be defined in plant QM settings in config.

1501, 1502  - I think you meant 1601 and 1602 - special inspection types used only for stability studies.  Not many clients use this.  Usually only Pharma and food industries.

Not sure exactly what else to tell you about it besides what I have already mentioned.

It is provided by SAP but theoritically you coould use any inspecttion type for this process since it is defined in the plant QM settings.  But it's nice to use a special one so you can distinguish between lots created all at one time for a go-live, versus lots created by the normal SAP processes after go-live. In other words, at go-live, the 0800 lots might be lots for an incoming raw materials that woould normally be 01 lots or they might be for finsihed goods that would normally be 04 lots.  These would only  be created by the QA08 transaction.  If you google the transaction code you should find lots of links to halp files and questions/discussions about using this.
