Transfer between plants or storages in VL**

Hi,

Does anyone know how can I do transfer between plants or storages in one of the VL's Tcodes (for example VL01O)? 

Due to Portuguese legislation issues, all documents that carry out transfer of goods have to be certified and SAP only certifies the VL's Tcodes. In this way, I cannot use tcode MB1B or MIGO.

You can use SAP's stock transport order functionality. Create purchase order (type UB), then create delivery (using VL01N) against this PO, then do the goods receipt against the outbound delivery in t.code MIGO.

However in that way, I'm obliged to implement the entire configuration for Stock Transport Orders. I was hoping for a easier solution.
