Hello Sol Man
Is the only way to create a RICEF list through the Txn SOLAR_EVAL
Regards
R
Hi,
there are other reporting transactions available in solution manager based on scenario,
if you in service desk 'crm_dno_monitor', if you in charm '/tmwflow/reporting'. and for monitoring and solution tcode as 'dswp' and solution manager workcenter 'solman_workcenter'
solar_Eval is solution manager evalution, consider as central place for entire project and solution analysis
check this http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm40/helpdata/EN/3e/5fc33af038134fe10000000a11402f/frameset.htm
Thanks

Jansi,
We have both ongoing enhancements and new projects. We create new projects in solar_project_admin for these. I know in solar_eval you can report across projects on development objects. We do not use charm nor the service desk. So, given this, must we use solar_eval to track development objects in progress and those that are planned?
What is the best way to track in-progress and planned developments in SAP? Is Solution Manager the right tool for this? Is CCLM (New in SolMan 7.1) going to be suitable for this purpose? I know SAP is planning to integrate CCLM and Development Tab in the future.
Any thoughts and/or pointers on the best way to track custom RICEFW is appreciated (We need to be able to track both in-progress and planned/future developments (ideally both ABAP and config). Again, we do not CHARM or the Service Desk. We are considering implementing CHARM light, though, as we are installing N+1 landscape.
Thanks,
Alex Tcherniak
Thanks Prakhar,
It would be nice to connect with you and discuss this in more details. We urgently need to track our developments across multiple projects and if we can do it via SOLAR_EVAL, it would be great. The only problem would be to populate all object via some kind of mass-upload tool into SOLAR02 Development Tab.
Thanks,
Alex Tcherniak
