User Exit for VF01

Hi, I'm trying to assign the Billing Doc.(VBELN) to the Assignment (ZUONR), I tried in the user exit RV60AFZC but at this time the VBELN it's not filled yet, also tried in the ZXVVFU08 but I can't modify the VBRK values in there, any ideas?

In the copy control settings, from delivery to billing (t.code VTFL) or from sales order to billing (VTFA), at header level, you can find a field allocation number. Assign value E here. The system will automatically add the billing document number in the assignment field.
