All Part I entries have been canceled for excise invoice

Dear Expert,

I got an error when trying to post excise invoice in J1IEX.

“All Part I entries have been canceled for excise invoice xxxxx 2011

Message no. 4F113”

The part – I has already been posted.

All the document year, excise year in all related excise tables are correct.

The material is a raw material.

This problem occurs for one material document only of the PO whereas part-II for the other material document was already posted.

Issue resolved..EXNUM mismatch in table J_1IGRXREF with other relevant excise tables.

I was also facing similar issue and one of the reason was missing number range in current year.

I maintained the below no range object and issue get resolved

J_1IRG1	RG1 Number range object
J_1IRG1_T	No. Range for RG1 - Excise group / Material
J_1IRG23A1	RG23A part 1 no. range object
J_1IRG23A2	RG23A part II number range object
J_1IRG23C1	RG23C part I number range object
J_1IRG23C2	RG23C part II number range object
J_1IRG23D	Folio Numbers for RG 23D
