Hi ,
I want learn standart customer roles and profiles on Solman 7.01/0045 , in some documents they mention some roles,
but when we use these roles ,every customer can see every message and they can send message directly to SAP.
I want that customer users can only do create message ,reply message and confirm message
Below you can see the roles and profiles that I applied.
Roles:
SAP_SMWORK_BASIC
SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN
Profiles:
SAP_ALL
SAP_NEW
T-MP540036
T_SD410438

hi,
if you want to restrict the customer users for certain status change, you had to create authorization key and assign to the authorisation object b_userstat
and remove the sap_All access

remove the sap_All access and assign the access based on the task
