While Creating sales order item data is not copying

Hi all,

I created sales order with reference to quotation but system is not copying the line item from quotation to sales order.

Hello Shakti,

1.Please check your copy control VTAA

2.While creating the Sales Order, are you referencing the quotation ?

I think if you check this two factors, you would come to some conclusion, if still have difficulty get back to me.

Hi Shridhar,

     I checked the copy control, Item & schedule line categories, Which is correct but we have issue with factory calender which is backdated. We are making corrections in it. I think it is the main cause.

Hi,

Please check copy control at item level. Copy control is required to maintain between item categories(Source and Target) to copy item data from sales document to sale document: Tcode VTAA.

Before posting have you checked in google for this issue.  This has been discussed many times in the forum.  If you have done some analysis, please post here along with the copy control you maintained.  The root cause of your issue should be in copy control VTAA
