Hi Suresh,

This must be a SAPGUI issue.

What SAPGUI level & patch level are you on?

Ask your IT team to install the latest SAPGUI with the latest patch level, and then try.

Thanks - Pawan

Hi Suresh,

Please check with your other colleagues (who are on the same SAPGUI/patch level) if they also face the same issue. If they also face the same issue, then this might be an issue with this particular patch level. If others don't face the same issue, then it might be a problem with your installation of SAPGUI, and you could ask your IT team to uninstall and install the SAPGUI again.

I am on 720 patch level 3, and at least no issues in this patch.

Your patch level is one of the quite recent SAPGUI. If you want, you could go to a higher patch level. Unfortunately, only after new installation, you would need to do some checks in various transactions to find out if there are any issues or not. (I do not see any hotfix for patch level 7 on service marketplace).

For SAPGUI 720, patches are available on:

https://websmp110.sap-ag.de/~form/handler?_APP=00200682500000001943&_EVENT=LIST&EVENT=LIST&ENR=01200...

Apart from this, also install the BW/BI addon from the following link as relevant:

Thanks - Pawan
