Generate grading icon in conditions tab in a contract..

Hi Experts,

Can any one tell what it is Generate Grading in conditions tab and why it is used and when it is used?

Please also provide one example.

Hi Sasikanth,

The grading button provides a predefined condition adjustment. For example you can create condition Basic Rent for 1000 Euro starting on 01.01.2012 and let this condition run for 60 months with every month an increase of 5 %. In this case SAP will generate a condition of 1050 Euro from 01.01.2012, a condition of 1102,50 Euro for 01.01.2013 and so on. In the grading you can use percentages or fixed amounts.

Hi Sasikanth,

At first you create a new condition in the contract.

Then you choose the button Grading.

After pushing the Enter button the new conditions are generated.

In this way you can add future conditions with a percentage (or fixed amount) adjustment in the contract.
