Alternative sales document type 1

Hi Friends,

                i am using ECC6.when i press F4 key in alternative sales document1 and 2 in T.Code VOV8 sales document types are not coming?i have gone through the community but not getting the answer.i have check pre-requisite for this like same number range , document category etc.waiting for your valuble answer.

                          gone through the Oss note.there programe error written.so should i take the help of ABAP guy.
