Hi all,
I'm having another problem.
I configured the User Access Request as described in the "AC 10.0 Pre-Implementation - From Post-Installation to First Access Request" guide.
Everythin worked correct but when I save an access request I do not get the ticket in my Workbox.
I was looking at the request and found out that the following error occures:
"No agent found, canceling path GRAC_DEFAULT_PATH (in stage no. 001 - GRAC_DEFAULT_STAGE)"
Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Hi Sebastian,
What is the first stage Agent ID ( you can check this in Maintain Paths of MSMP Config).
If it is Role Owner Stage make sure you have maintained the role owners for the roles you have selected.
If it is Manager Stage make sure you have given the manager details right in the request. Usually Manager information for the user is automatically filled from User details Data Source. Also check if WF-BATCH user has enough authorozations.
