The ITS services are activated in SICF transaction. When i try to access the web gui URL http://systemname:8028/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui i get the login page. But once i provide the logon credentials in the popup, i donot get the SAP home page. Instead, the page gets struck and its almost plain except an appearance like the image has failed to load.
Any thoughts towards a solution for the issue???
This issue is solved now.
Our basis consultant found missing ITS-content in a http watch session.

Hello Kavitha,
this should have several issues:
* Is your browser compatible?
* Have you activated all "public" nodes in SICF?
Have you checked ST22, SM21 for any unexpected errors?
Kind regards,
Hendrik

Hi
What is the BASIS and KERNEL Version your system is on?
Have you reviewed the WIKI: How to check the publishing date of an Internet Service
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/HOME/How+to+check+the+publishing+Date+of+an+Internet+Service
Regards,
Oisin
Hi Kavitha,
Make sure that all the services at SICF are active :
1) verify if the ICM is working correctly. Transaction SMICM (ICM Monitor)
displays the central entry point to the ICM configuration and monitoring. After starting this
transaction, you will see the ICM status. Make sure it is running. Check the following ICM
parameters via Menu-> Goto -> Parameters ->Display:
icm/server_port_0 PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000
icm/host_name_full server.full.domain
2)With transaction SICF and locate the
services by path
/sap/public/bc/its/mimes
/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
3)Activate the full path to these services
4)Browse to
http://server_name:icmport/sap/bc/gui/
sap/its/webgui/ and login to the
webgui.
Further information sap note Note 1147314 - Session timeout for ITS service (WebGUI) does not work.
Hope this help you
Cheers
