E-mails not getting generated in CUP

Another issue.

Whenever we are Submitting, Approving, Rejecting any requests through CUP. E-Mails for corresponding action are not getting dispatched.

Please help.

Hi Aditi,

Check the following:

1. Stage is configured for Notifications (Config--> Workflow--> Stage-->Notification Configuration)

2. Email Reminder Config (Config-->Workflow-->Email Reminder)

2. E-mail Dispatcher & E-mail Reminder jobs are scheduled to run periodically (Config-->Background Jobs).

We have configured all these things alraedy, but still it's not working...

Hi Aditi,

Double check the SMTP Server Config (Configuration -> Workflow -> SMTP Server. Make sure the ports are open to the SMTP and able to connect.

There is no other config.

Still having the problem, check the logs.

Yeah I already checked and corrected that...now it's working fine...

I'll still award you the points...as the solution we implemented was same to what you suggested...

Any idea about that HR Trigger issue, e-mail not getting captured???
