Another issue.
Whenever we are Submitting, Approving, Rejecting any requests through CUP. E-Mails for corresponding action are not getting dispatched.
Please help.
Hi Aditi,
Check the following:
1. Stage is configured for Notifications (Config--> Workflow--> Stage-->Notification Configuration)
2. Email Reminder Config (Config-->Workflow-->Email Reminder)
2. E-mail Dispatcher & E-mail Reminder jobs are scheduled to run periodically (Config-->Background Jobs).
