Solution Manager - Trigger Alert E-mails

Hello,

Our SOLMAN work processes are working properly. But the mail-triggering is not working yet. Can you please let me know the place to configure it?

I need following

1. Mail alert when user raised a help message- support group mail

2. When it assigned to a consultant - consultant only

3. When it assigned to the developer and tester - mail to developer/tester

4. When it need to authorize - change manager

5. when it needs to transport - basis

etc..

If I get to know the config process, I can manage the process and sender.

you need to configure SCOT

in scot configuration you need to configure Job the send the SMS

Hi Naor,

In SCOT we configure already exist jobs, right?

I need to configure those jobs newly. I think its in SOLMAN configuration.

But please correct me if I am wrong.

but check the job

also try ro send yourself mail and check if you get it just for testing

Hi Naor,

It (SCOT) is working properly. Even it generates some mails for SOLMAN.

But I need to configure the solman to generate mails as I needs and when I need. I need to locate that within the solman config and make sure the right person receive the alert on time.

Hope I post my requirement clearly this time
